Concorde - G-BOAC (Manchester)

All, sorry for the lack of updates I've been deep in work at the moment so just doing some catch up.

Anyway here are some amazing photos of the Queen herself Concorde (G-BOAC) currently at Manchester.

If your in the area it's well worth a vist.

I'd like to thank the Runway Visitor Park for the amazing support and the very unique example they have looked after so well.

Concorde it's self it such a massive subject that I'll refrain from going into details but if you ever wanted the ultimate of engineering, design and flight here she is!

And YES she is a 'she'. The scale of the images do not it justice. In the blood it's a breathtaking sight!

Full profile with delta wings in shot.

'Engineered to be the best, Flew above the rest' Any pilot I've spoke to said Concorde was 100+ years in the future at retirement. A bit of a sad fact we went backwards.

Her gorgeous tail.
Left delta wing with both engines 1/2 seen. Amazing G-BOAC
